Terms & Conditions
- Valid only at participating Flâneur Global stores during the Exchange & Repair Fest 2026 period.
- Gift card of ₹500 is valid for 10 days from issue and requires a minimum purchase of ₹2,000. One-time use only, non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
- Silver exchange is accepted at prevailing exchange rates; gold exchange value is not applicable, but a 50% making-charge discount applies on new gold jewellery.
- Coins, utensils, gift cards and other non-jewellery categories are not eligible for exchange.
- Spin-the-wheel and scratch card rewards are limited to one attempt per customer per mobile number.
- Rakhi Collection 2026 launch date is indicative and may change without prior notice.
